Online psychological counseling for young people

Young people experience many things at the same time:

Changes, new experiences, and sometimes even overwhelming. When arguments arise with friends or at home, when questions about one's own identity arise, or when everything simply becomes too much, it can be stressful.

Some feel sad, others are often tense or worried. Sometimes problems also arise with eating or self-confidence. In these cases, it can be helpful to talk to someone who is there to listen and support.

Psychological online counseling

How does Boost4u work for teens?

Starting an online consultation with Boost4u is easy – via the app or our website. First, you select a topic that's currently relevant. Then you can browse the experts' profiles at your leisure. Once you've found a suitable person, you can book an appointment directly. Shortly before the appointment, you'll receive a link through which the consultation will take place – straightforward and flexible.

For young people under 16 years of age, we require a brief parental consent.

How does the consultation work?

The first session is primarily about getting to know each other. The young people have time to get a sense of whether they feel comfortable and whether counseling is a good fit for their current situation. They can share what's currently bothering them, and together we'll consider whether online psychological counseling is the right fit for them.

If this is decided, regular conversations can take place. How often and for how long depends entirely on individual needs. Some people prefer to talk weekly, others at longer intervals. Anything is possible – the main thing is that it helps.
