But when does streaming become too much? We explain what&#039;s behind it\u2014and what you can do about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One more episode in the evening, then another... and suddenly it&#039;s three in the morning. You know that feeling? For many people, streaming is part of everyday life \u2013 for relaxation, to unwind, or simply for fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But sometimes this after-work routine becomes a problem. If you find yourself unable to stop watching, even though you really want to, it may be that your streaming habits are no longer serving you well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When does streaming become problematic?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Streaming becomes a problem when you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>feel stressed or restless when you can\u2019t look,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your tasks, friendships or sleep suffer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>often watch much longer than you actually planned,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use videos to help you feel better \u2013 for example, when you\u2019re feeling lonely or stressed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such moments, streaming is often no longer about joy, but rather about switching off and repressing things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More and more people are affected<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past, it was mainly children and teenagers who streamed a lot \u2013 now it affects people of all ages. Almost every family in Germany has a subscription to a streaming service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And: More and more affected people are seeking support because they realize that they can no longer escape the cycle on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Watching a lot is not necessarily a problem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#039;s important to note: Just because you enjoy watching a lot of series doesn&#039;t mean you have a problem.
